Had the most happy experience at Boyd Automotive. They were very friendly and explained everything they did and what needs to be done . And gave me a list of what has to be done. Also how much. It can be done when I want to have it done. No pressure. Will always use them for my repairs.

My father’s car was making an odd noise. Boyd’s got it in the next day, diagnosed the issue and fixed it that day. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had the car back by 5pm. Excellent service with drop off and pick up. Would use again.

Boyd is a rare independent mechanic shop that provides dealership level of service to customers. Their advisors are very knowledgeable, you can speak directly to a mechanic if needed, they have a nice waiting area, and will drop you off an pick you up at your place of work if needed. I've never had an issue with their work and recommend them wholeheartedly.

My second experience with Boyd, and I couldn't be more pleased. They have the most exceptional customer service. They help you through the process of whatever your vehicle may need, and don't "push" you into any decision you're not comfortable with. My car will only be going to Boyd.

I am incredibly thankful for Boyd’s prompt, kind, and helpful service today. I felt valued from the first phone call all the way through until payment. Their care for customers is so incredibly evident, and I was provided with a very helpful video explaining what work was immediately needed on my car, and what can safely wait to be done later. They were diligent with communication, honest, quick, and genuinely made a rough stressful day so much better! I cannot thank your team enough! I will definitely be coming back!

I am new to the area, Boyd was recommended to me by a friend. I called on a Friday afternoon, I had a low, flat rear tire, they accommodated me. I brought my car in and they quickly fixed it. Great staff, very friendly, reasonable price and I will be bringing my car there for future service.

I took my car to Boyd Automotive for an alignment, and the service was exceptional. The staff was courteous and efficient. Overall, a great experience with knowledgeable professionals. The waiting area was nice too, making the whole experience comfortable. Definitely coming back 🙂 cheers
